We are aware of a recurring scam in which customers receive a phone call appearing to come from National Bank of Middlebury at 802-388-4982 or 877-508-8455. During these calls, the scammers will often reference publicly available information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or street addresses. They may present the first 5 to 8 digits of your card number and request that you verify the remaining number. They may also ask you to verify your Digital Banking credentials.

We will not call you asking for your full debit or credit card numbers, personal identification numbers, Digital Banking credentials, or a one-time password.

If you receive a call claiming to be from National Bank of Middlebury that asks for any of the information listed above, do not provide any information and please hang up.
