Learn to Make Epoxy Resin Art

Join us for another fun class in creating art with Epoxy Resin. Create a unique fun design of your choice on a 9 x 17 inch serving board. Use your finished project as a charcuterie board, centerpiece or wall display! This serving board is 1/4 inch in depth so you can add different materials to your piece if you like. Feel free to bring small items from home to decorate with or feel free to use some of Jackie’s supplies.

You will be required to wear an appropriate face mask for working with resin. You can wear a disposable or non-disposable mask that can be found at any hardware store. If you prefer, you can purchase one from Jackie for $10.00. It’s also suggested to wear older clothing in case you get resin on them, no one wants to ruin their favorite shirt or pants!

Working with resin can be very messy, don’t miss this opportunity to try this new art form in an established workshop with a wonderful teacher! Jackie Rivers has been working with resin art in her new workshop for the last 5 years and if you have done any painting classes with us in the past, you already know how wonderful she is!

The class will begin with Jackie demonstrating a design and teaching some techniques, then you get to create your own choice of design using the many colors available.

Your finished projects will take up to 48 hours of curing time. Projects can be picked up at Jackie’s workshop or you can make arrangements with Kim to pick up at NBM’s main office in Middlebury.
