We are excited to announce that our Main Office lobby will be undergoing a renovation this fall. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing customer experience and creating a more modern and efficient environment for both our customers and colleagues.

While the building is being renovated, there will be some impacts to customer service. Friday, October 4th will be the last day the bank lobby will be open as normal until after the renovations are complete. After this date until renovations are complete, we will have customer service available in our Duclos lobby (the building next door). They will not be able to conduct transactions involving cash, but they will be able to accept deposits without cash, open accounts, and assist with digital banking troubleshooting, disputes, and safe deposit box access. The ATM and night drop at the main office will remain available 24/7.

Transactions involving cash can be conducted at the ATM or at any of our other branch locations including our Seymour Street Drive-up and Route 7 South office in Middlebury.

Once renovations are complete, all banking services will resume as normal in our Main Office lobby. The renovated lobby will create a more efficient and inviting experience while preserving its historic charm. The new layout will enhance accessibility, offer a beautiful aesthetic, and ensure a pleasant visit with a touch of tradition. We appreciate your patience during the renovation and look forward to showing off the new lobby in early 2025. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
