We have implemented a new and improved alert system – what you need to know:

Our new account alert system is now live. The old alert system has been turned off, and you will need to set up new account alerts to continue receiving them. The new alert system offers real-time alerts about your accounts and transactions. Some example alerts are:

  • Account balance below a certain amount
  • Check was cleared
  • Debit transaction posted
  • Deposit posted
  • Daily balance

You choose which alerts you would like to receive and how you would like to receive them by email or text message. You will be able to set up these new alerts in Digital Banking online or with the mobile app by going to Settings > Alert Settings > New Alert.

The old alert system has been discontinued.

Account alerts you have set up with the old system have been turned off. If you would like to continue to receive alerts, you will need to set them up in digital banking. The old account alerts will not carry over. If you have any questions or would like assistance, please contact us.

Please note: Security Alerts, Online Transaction Alerts, and Reminders will not be impacted by this change.
