Fraudulent Calls Claiming to Be the Bank

National Bank of Middlebury (NBM) is aware of scam calls coming from individuals claiming to be from NBM. They try to get you to provide them access to your confidential bank information or digital banking credentials. NBM will never call you to ask for this information. If you receive one of these calls or texts, hang up. Do not engage and do not provide any information. If you are ever unsure if a call is legitimate, hang up and call us directly at 802-388-4982 or 877-508-8455. If you believe you may have been the victim of fraud, please contact us immediately.
