These calls or text messages appear to be coming from NBM’s local and toll-free phone number. The fraudsters claim to be part of our treasury or fraud department. These fraudsters are trying to get you to provide them access to your confidential bank information or digital banking credentials. NBM will never call you to ask for this information. If you receive one of these calls or texts, hang up. Do not engage and do not provide any information.
