Introducing Live Chat

We are excited to introduce a new and improved way to communicate with us! You can now start a live chat session with a customer support representative at the bank from our website. Just click the “Let’s Talk” button on any page of our website. You can then initiate a live chat session either with typed messages, audio, or video. You can also choose to Screenshare if you want to share your screen with us, or CoBrowse if you want us to take over your mouse. This is just another way we can serve you better!
Please note: live chat is only available during business hours. If it is after hours or all representatives are serving other customers, the Let’s Talk button will prompt you to leave a message. We will return your message as soon as we can.
