Meaghan McLaughlin joined the National Bank of Middlebury in 2010. Meaghan helps Vermont businesses of all sizes obtain the capital they need to grow and succeed. Meaghan moved to Vermont after starting her career with Citigroup in New York City. Her lending experience includes everything from small equipment loans to multi-million-dollar syndicated financings. She has worked in the banking industry for fifteen years, and gained experience as a credit analyst and as a top-producing residential lender at National Bank of Middlebury prior to her current position.

Chris Lapierre is a fourth generation Vermonter who grew up in Shelburne, Vermont. Part of his interest in banking was generated by his family’s tradition of supporting local businesses and seeing their impact on local communities. Chris has 11 years of lending experience working with all types and sizes of customers. He resides in Vergennes in a home he designed and built.

Chris joined NBM in 2009 and has worked in the Vermont banking community for more than three decades serving customers within Rutland and Addison Counties. Chris has a wide array of commercial lending experience from the small start-up business to large more complex companies and everything in between. In his role as Credit Administration Manager he works with the credit processing team to assure a smooth lending process throughout.
